How about this….
How can I possibly concentrate on home shopping when my favorite show is on? At least I know there's plenty of storage in this house to the left and to the right of the TV stand!
What prompted me to write this is a listing for a condo that we just took over from a different agent. Now I won't name names, mainly to protect the guilty, however let's do a little side-by-side between that agent's photography and our professionally shot photography:
"Come on in, the water is fine!"

You get my point! If pictures are really worth a thousand words, I'm still missing about 999 from the first set. The National Association of Realtors' 2013 Report of Home Buyers and Sellers sites that 98% of home searches start online, and that pictures are, by far, the most valuable part of what a potential buyer looks at online. If they don't like your pictures, they're skipping over that listing 100% of the time, and you will never see that buyer again.
